VIDEO: Suspected Thief Made To Weed Acres Of Land As Punishment At Bibiani

In a video we have chanced upon, a suspect thief was given the maximum community punishment.

After he was caught, no one laid a finger on him as it is normally done, however, he was given some acres of land to weed.
