Timaya’s manager and bestfriend shot dead in the United States

Nigerian Dancehall star, Timaya’s manager, Prince Oluzor, has passed away after he was shot outside a gas station in Atlanta, USA.

According to reports, the 38-year-old made a stop at the BP along 14th Street NW at Atlantic Drive near Georgia Tech around 9 pm on Wednesday evening, August 31.

Prince was said to have been waiting in line in the store for about a couple of minutes when he noticed some individuals trying to get into his car, so he ran outside to go after them.

As he approached, one of the suspects who was armed, shot at him and he fell. Price, who is also Timaya’s bestfriend, was rushed to the hospital where he died as a result of his injuries.

Police say the suspects, who are 2 to 3 in number are still at large. They were last seen leaving in a gray or silver four-door sedan heading west on 14th Street NW.

Timaya took to his Twitter handle to reveal the sad news noting that he had just recently reconciled with the deceased.

”I can’t believe I came to America to bury my BEST friend. Nnamdi why? And we just reconciled.?????????’‘ he tweeted.

In other news, Nigerian singer, Daniel Benson whose stage name is BNXN, has revealed the advise he got from Dancehall star, Timaya amid his beef with Ruger.

BNXN and Ruger have clashed on Twitter a few times and it all started when the ‘Bounce’ singer bragged that he is better while replying a fan.

Speaking during an interview on Naija FM, the ‘Confident’ crooner said Timaya told him to respond to the post because it was disrespectful to him.

He, however said that it got to him because Timaya is someone who hardly gets involved or bothered about beefs and controversies.

BNXN also noted that Burna Boy, who was his former boss, told him that the industry is fake so he should not be too friendly with other musicians.
