This year, I want to make money and ignore – Davido dumps ‘we rise by lifting others’ motto

Nigerian superstar singer, David Adeleke professionally known as Davido has announced his new motto for theNew Year.

A motto which has always ben linked to Davido, is ‘We rise by lifting’ others, which he has demonstrated by helping by as many people as possible.

But the DMW boss took to Twitter on Tuesday, January 11, to state that he has adopted a new motto, which is that he just wants make money and ignore people in 2022.

He wrote; ”This year motto, make money and ignore”

Meanwhile, in 2021, the label boss penned some words of advise to fans. The internationally celebrated artiste, said people need to make use of opportunities whenever they are presented with one.

The advise came weeks after his close friend and associate, Obama DMW passed away.

According to Davido, two things we get every day are chance and choice, hence we should make sure to make the best out of it.

He wrote; ”2 things you get everyday…a chance and a choice… make the best of the opportunity you have.”
