“This Is Quite Despairing! Prison Isn’t The Nicest Place To Be”-Efia Odo Shows Solidarity To Shatta Wale And Medikal

Ghanaian social media personality, Andrea Owusu, well known as Efia Odo has lamented how distressing it will be for Shatta Wale and Medikal in prison given the conditions over there.

Following a publicity stunt he pulled about a shooting incident at East Legon, Shatta Wale was arrested and made to appear before the court yesterday. He has been remanded into police custody for one week until the reopening of his case.

Medikal who was also arrested yesterday for brandishing a pistol on social media has also been remanded into police custody for five days.

In reaction to that. Efia Odo has revealed that is it quite despairing hearing of the news about Shatta Wale and Medikal’s predicaments. She added that prison is not the nicest place to be but she hopes Ghanaians learn from this.

She wrote; The news about Medikal and Shatta is quite despairing. Prison isn’t the nicest place to be, I’m optimistic that they’ll stay strong whilst they’re away. Hopefully lessons will be taught to each and everyone one of us.

In other news, Ghanaian actress, Precious Frimpong, well known as Fella Makafui has stated that the percentage of people following and hailing you is greater than that of the people who are willing to go to every extent for you.

Her comments come following the arrest of her pal, Shatta Wale who has been accused of causing fear and panic due to a stunt he pulled in relation to a doom prophecy made by a man of God named Jesus Ahuofe.

Shatta Wale was made to appear before the court today and remanded into police custody for a whole week until the reopening of his case.
