Osita Chidoka, a former Aviation Minister, has decried security officers for breaking into a church during Sunday mass to apprehend politician Uche Nwosu.
On Sunday, December 26, security officers invaded the St. Peter’s Anglican Church, Eziama-Obaire in Nkwerre Local Government Area of Imo State and detained Nwosu, a former governorship candidate in Imo and son-in-law of ex-Imo governor, Rochas Okorocha.
In his response, Chidoka stated that this is inappropriate and that the church and “well-meaning” Nigerians should not take it lightly. He wrote;
”So Police entered a Church and arrested Uche Nwosu? They desecreated the Church to make an arrest?
This is unacceptable and the Church and all well-meaning Nigerians should not take this lying down.
Nigerian Police just fell to a new low under a clueless national leadership. ”
See how netizens reacted to his assertion;
