Sighted on his Twitter page, M.I Abaga in what he termed as facts indicated that in our society, wealth and power are treated higher than moral value and integrity.

According to the ‘Undisputed’ hitmaker, the cardinal sin in society is poverty and not pride. His assertion was welcomed by Nigerians as they agreed with him and also gave their inputs on it.

An Instagram user identified as @blaqbeeuutee wrote; “Exactly!! Nigeria especially has the highest percentage of poverty mentality that is why everything to an average Nigerian screams money and more money without caring or knowing the source.”

@paschalmayor also wrote; “There’s still hierarchy of power and wealth in the society, even in the black wealth culture…. And when you find yourself at the bottom of the food chain, and finding it hard to move up, you will understand that your problem is not lack of money or power, but the inability to kill your pride and be humble…. Pride can mess u up!”
