More insights about the death of popular music promoter, Ola Ibironke also known as Dudu Heritage has emerged.
Dudu Heritage who was married to Nollywood actress, Bimbo Oshin passed on, on September 12 after slumping at the golf club around 8:30pm while out with his friends.
According to a report by Kemi Filani, all efforts to resuscitate Dudu Heritage failed as he died after being rushed to the hospital.
Confirming the news in a statement on Monday, Ibadan Golf Club official wrote, “We are shocked by the sudden demise of our Captain, Mr. OLA IBIRONKE. The Course is hereby closed and all club activities are suspended until further notice while the Flag will be hoisted at half mast. Our prayers are with his family and members of this great Club. Further details will be announced.”
The musician who shared a video of himself and the deceased alongside King Wasiu Ayinde Marsahll and media entrepreneur Dele Momodu, wrote on Instagram:
“It came as a shock to me when I heard the news of the passing of my friend and brother Ibironke, CEO DUDU HERITAGE. 3 days ago we hung out together, you, myself @delemomoduovation kingwasiuayindemarshal and Otunba Bimbola Davies, we further went to party where we danced and had a nice time together and just yesterday I heard the news of your passing. I am speechless and my heart is saddened, my sincere condolences to your family. You will be missed greatly my friend, you have gone to rest in a better place.” (sic)
