Music streaming and download service, Boomplay has released the list of weekly top artists for the second week of July.
The week 2 list (Friday, July 15 to Thursday, July 21, 2022) which houses six artiste saw Grammy award winning act, Burna Boy who released his ‘Love, Damini’ studio album on July 7 lead the weekly list.
Stanley Omah Didia, professionally known as Omah Lay, whose fourteen tracked debut studio album, ‘Boy Alone’ was published on Thursday, July 14 occupied the second spot on the list.

The multiple award winning singer, songwriter and perfroming artiste has taken to his official social media page to announce the completion and the official release date for his upcoming single.
In a post via his verified Twitter page, the Afrobeats indigenous superstar, Phyno shares a short video of himself jamming to the yet to be released tune and it sounds awesome. According to the YBNL Nation boss, the upcoming single features his Nigerian brother Tekno.
The song, tagged; ‘Full Current’ has been scheduled to arrive on Friday, July 29, 2022,. “NEW MUSIC ON FRIDAY!!! FULL CURRENT ft TEKNO ARE YOU READY?” a video teaser for the forthcoming tune was posted alongside the tweet. see post below.
