Singer Rudeboy has lamented over the attitude of the Nigerian police after his encounter with some of them in Lagos asking him if he has anything for them as if he’s supposed to carry something along for them.
Rudeboy posted saying he went to a club for the first time in 2yrs and all he realized is that police extortion is everywhere with no shame and they are mostly at club junctions and places that leads to people’s homes.
But then you can’t find the. On the roads that leads to the third mainland bridge where they are supposed to be and protect people instead they are at vantage points where they can extort money from people and be asking whether they have anything for them saying he isn’t going to give them a penny.

Rudeboy isn’t the first and neither will he be the last person to lament over this extortion attitude of the police but guess because their salary and things aren’t good, they will continue to extort from others just to be able to feed themselves and their families.
And on this note, we plead with the leaders to take the suggestions of comedian Funnybone into consideration and make some changes in the lives of the police so they can also work diligently and stop extortion money from people.
