Big Brother Naija finalist, Pere Egbi has beckoned his fans and Patriots to stop shipping him his former love interest, Maria Chike.
Pere who was the closest housemate to Maria while in the house said in an interview with BBC Pidgin that those calling for him and Maria to be in a relationship are totally unnecessary because they are back to living their lives separately.
According to the 36-year-old ex-US military officer, their apparent separation is not borne out of hate or resentment of any kind and he described Maria as a hardworking, intelligent, and smart woman.
Reacting to this, some Nigerians alluded that Pere and Maria are better of being apart than together whilst others mocked Pere for saying this because Maria ignored him.
