The Bono Regional Youth Organizer for the National Democratic Congress Efo Worlanyo Tsekpo has fired the board chairman of Ghana Airports Company Limited Paul Adom Otchere over the cost of Christmas trees purchased.

Earlier today, a Facebook user accused the GACL of late payment of salaries and bonuses of staff but spent a huge sum of money to purchase Christmas trees and others. Paul Adom Otchere however came out to debunk claims of the amount of money used for the purchase of the Christmas trees for the Kotoka International Airport.

Efo Worlanyo Tsekpo reacting to the news trending across the country has taken to his Facebook page to describe Paul Adom Otchere as a scammer and more corrupt than President Nana Addo.

He wrote on Facebook, “Paul Adom Okyere is very Corrupt! He is more corrupt than Nana Addo. According to his Goodeve Ghana Facebook page, as the Board Chairman of Ghana Airport Company Ltd. he spent 34,000 on the Christmas tree, thus 340million which is the pension lump sum for three teachers who have worked for over 40years and have retired at 60.”

“Again he said he graciously spent 84,000 thus 840millon on Christmas inspirations, an amount that can give the people of Hohoe and its environs 10 solid boreholes. Lastly, as the Board Chairman and NPP communicator, he spent 3,400 thus 34million to pick trotro to transport the Christmas trees to the airport an amount a student needs today to pay his admission fees to enable him to report to sch9on Monday. “

“This is the kind of journalist who sits on TV doing the bidding for Nana Addo so that they can also get the opportunity to steal from the poor Ghanaian. Abraham Lincoln said… “Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test the character of a man, give him power”CcAnnie Ampofo
