Afrobeats singing sensation, Stanley Omah Didia, better known by his stage name, Omah Lay is having a good run with his debut studio.
The young multifaceted singer, songwriter, entertainer and performing artiste on Thursday, July 14, 2022 (Apple Music) served his listeners and the music community with his debut studio album labeled; “Boy Alone”.
The fourteen tracked star-studded project during its first week of release kicked Burna Boy’s ‘Love, Damini’ which was released on July 7, to occupy the number one spot on the chart. Screenshot below.
Well, the buzzing singer Omah Lay, has hit a new career milestone as his album has entered the official album chart in Switzerland. In an update of events, ‘Boy Alone’ has debuted on Switzerland’s official album chart known as Swiss Hitparade. The body of work has made its first appearance at the 82nd position Screenshot below.
This is not the first time Nigerian acts have appeared on the Swiss chart. Burna Boy’s ‘African Gaint (2019)‘ and ‘Twice as Tall (2020)’ debuted on the platform, peaking at 64th and 12th place, respectively. Wizkid’s ‘Made in Lagos‘ also peaked on the chart at 73rd position in 2020.

The multiple award-winning rapper, songwriter, entertainer and performing artiste whose recent output tagged ‘Hustle‘ featuring Ceeza Milli and Seyi Vibez is still gaining good reviews and garnering numbers made it to the Rick Ross‘ Instagram page.
The highly rated American rapper, William Leonard Roberts II, known within the shiwbiz circles shared a snippet of the official video of the song ‘Hustle’ on his Instagram page, including Ice Prince’s part in the song.
Taking to his social media page to express his delight, the ‘Aboki’ hit-maker stated that he’s now getting salutes from rappers he respected. He wrote: “The BOSS Rick Ross jusposted my last drop. Tf iz you sayinggg bruh lol. Nau I’m getting salutes from the rapper i look’d up to”. Screenshot below.
