Nigerian women seen preparing pounded yam and soup inside flood (Video)

A video making the rounds online shows two women making food inside a heavy flooded pool of water.

One woman was cooking soup inside a pot that had been covered with tarpaulin and placed on firewood stove.

While the second woman was pounding yam just a few steps away from the first but in the same compound which is flooded.

The video has evoked emotional reactions from Nigerians on social media over what the average citizen endures.
