Amenze Rita, a 31-year-old Nigerian woman, was allegedly shot dead in Italy by her husband.
On Friday morning, September 10, in Noventa Vicentina, Amenze was slain in front of her coworkers in the parking lot of Mf Mushroom, a company where she worked.
The suspect, Pierangelo Pellizzar, 61, allegedly set up an ambush for the victim at 7:30 a.m. and fired shots at her four times killing her at the very instant.

After killing Amenze, he allegedly fled the scene in a grey Jeep Cherokee, which was subsequently discovered abandoned at his brother’s residence.
The carabinieri, on the other hand, are on the lookout for the suspect, who is described as armed with a gun.
Amenze was allegedly killed because she filed for divorce after returning from Nigeria a week ago, according to Italian news outlets.
It was also learned that the late Amenze entered Italy via Libya in 2017 and married an Italian man in 2018.
