Nigerian man ‘faints’ as his girlfriend presents him a big portrait of himself during surprise birthday party (Video)

A Nigerian man has been captured on tape reacting extraordinarily to the surprise birthday package his girlfriend organised for him.

His girlfriend designed a room with balloons and hired the services of a Saxophonist to wish him a happy birthday by playing the trumpet.

However, the highlight of the moment was when she presented him with a big portrait photo of himself.

When he unwrapped it and saw himself, he screamed in excitement for a few seconds before fake collapsing on the floor.
