‘My Ex-Boyfriend Is Using My Photos I Sent To Him As Memes’ – Lady Sadly Says

The lady confided in renowned relationship coach, Auntie Momoza and according to her, her ex-boyfriend is using photos she sent him while they were dating as memes.

The reason why she came out with this ‘secret’ is that she wants ideas on how to stop this guy from using her photos as memes.

The post reads;

“Hi Auntie, is there a way I can make my ex boyfriend to stop using pictures I sent to him as memes? I asked him nicely but he’s still doing it. Some of the pictures were meant for his eyes only because they are not filtered and modified, now he’s showing them to the whole world as memes. Can I get him arrested?”

Any person using your personal information including but not limited to images, pictures, personal information, addresses etc must receive consent from you to use them, failure to meet this requirement constitute a crime and a violation under the POPI Act
The person found guilty of this crime can be prosecuted and liable to pay a fine, damages to the complainant or even a jail sentence
Kindly aproach the local police station using the memes as evidence and proof to open a case
