The flag bearer of the Accord Party in the governorship election in Anambra State, Dr. Godwin Maduka has been characterized as the type of individual who possesses the leadership qualities that Anambra State requires right now to maneuver its way out of its precarious condition.
Rev Fr. Ejike Mbaka, the spiritual director, made the submission on Sunday, October 24th, at the Adoration Ground in Enugu during the Adoration Ministry’s Bazaar event dubbed “2021 Harvest, Thanksgiving, and Bazaar Ceremony.”
Other guests in attendance included Enugu State Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi and his Ebonyi State colleague, Dave Umahi.
Maduka is very competent, according to the cleric, based on his background as a qualified doctor, businessman, philanthropist, and a man who has been of tremendous help to his community.

In a related development, Dr. Godwin Maduka has highlighted the importance for the youths to be empowered and build up their capacity.
Maduka, who is completing the last phase on his election campaign, said in Awka over the weekend that if the country’s youths are appropriately equipped, they will not revert to crime.
In his remark, he emphasized the need of every Anambra indigene to obtain a formal education in addition to their apprenticeship system, which he believes is a precondition for a decent life and self-satisfaction.
In his words:”Insecurity in the country today, especially in the Southeast region of the country has taken a new dimension with spate of killings, kidnaping and selected attack on persons.
“This is so worrisome especially with the governorship election in Anambra State drawing very close, while the security situation seems unabated.
