Nigerian music act, Abby Toyyib Elias, popularly known as Skiibii, has made a weird complimentary comment about his colleague, Kizz Daniel.

He took to his official Twitter page on Thursday, 1st of September and referred to Kizz as a ‘winch’.

Skiibii made the statement in reaction to a soon-to-be released song the Buga hitmaker just recorded.

He said that he loves the new track after listening to it during a private session, and noted that it is better than his hit song, Buga.

The ‘Baddest Boy’ crooner tweeted; ”Kizz daniel na winch ?? too bad ?????????? love the new one ….Buga dey learn.”

Meanwhile, it was reported in August that the award-winning singer, Oluwatobiloba Daniel, known professionally as Kizz Daniel, was arrested in Tanzania for failing to perform at a concert organised in the country.

Fans who had gathered at the venue of his show after paying as high as $5,000 (Five Thousand Dollars) grew irate after he refused to show up.

Viral videos showed them reacting in rage as they damaged properties in anger and trashed the place because their favourite artiste was a no show.

According to reports, Kizz Daniel was scheduled to perform at the Warehouse, Old Nextdoor Arena in Tanzania, on Sunday night as part of his Afro Classic World Tour.

He later tendered an apology to his Tanzanian fans after being released by the authorities.

This is also as he made a clarification that he was not arrested by the police rather he was invited for questioning.

During a press conference, Kizz Daniel dismissed reports that he was arrested, saying that the police only questioned him for the behaviour of fans who had earlier trashed the venue in anger over his non-appearance.

He explained his side of the story, apologised and promised a free show in collaboration with the promoter, Str8up Vibes.

“We agreed to put up a show on Friday. A free show. So, I will be partnering with Str8up Vibes. Also, I must apologise to the fans. None of this was intentional. I love my job. Mainly, I love performing.

“I didn’t mean to disrespect the fans. It was never intentional. I wanted to perform. I came to Tanzania to perform, but due to some circumstances way over my power, we couldn’t make that happen. I apologise once again to the people of Tanzania, and I hope you guys give me another chance to give you a show, to give you a proper show, a beautiful show,” he said.
