The DJ announced the news on his Instagram account on Saturday, vowing to encourage up-and-coming artists on his platform.

Samklef asked his Instagram fans to identify up-and-coming artists in the comments section of his post so he could support them in his “own tiny way.”

Samklef wrote;

“Tag any dope upcoming artiste you know today. I want to mentor someone this year, and support in my own little way. If I feel your vibe, I will post you on my story.”

It’s not the first time that Nigerian entertainers have advertised for new talent.
Simisola Kosoko, also known as Simi, is a popular musician who made the same decision on Thursday.

Simi, on the other hand, voiced discontent with new musicians’ social media profiles and recommended them to sell themselves more effectively.

Meanwhile, Cubana Chief Priest, a prominent Nigerian celebrity bartender, sparked conflicting reactions on Saturday when he posted a video of a strong downpour at his business location in Owerri, Imo State.

After claiming to have paid 7 rainmakers to help bring down the rain so he could get rid of the dust, a slew of comments allegedly from locals endorsed the socialite.
However, given the fact that such a big rainstorm is nearly impossible to achieve during the dry season, it’s obvious why this is fascinating.

Despite this, numerous people claimed to have witnessed the incident, leaving many skeptics in the dark.

On Instagram, Cubana Chief Priest wrote, “Paid 7 Rain Makers To Send Down Some Heavy Rain So I Can Clean. Saturdays Are For Clean Up, F**k It Dust Don Too Much. Dem No Dey Call Me ChiefPriest For Mouth If 1 Want It I Get It.”
