Ghanaian gospel musician and evangelist Cecilia Marfo has debunked rumors that she controls her husband. According to her, she does not control anyone around her.

The woman of God told Delay that the only thing she imposes on her family which includes her husband in prayer. She stated that it is the most important thing in her home and won’t hesitate to make everyone in her house abide by it. Cecilia Marfo added that nobody in her house dares to question her orders anytime she calls for prayer.
“I am someone who can tame even the strongest personality. We pray all the time. Almost all the time. Sometimes, we wake up as early as 1 am or even midnight to pray and I force everyone to wake up. It’s mandatory and nobody can question me, not even my husband, she told Delay.
Her comments shook the host Delay who intend questioned her if she bosses her husband around and she responded, “I’m not the man of the house, my husband is. My husband is very strict. He has a calm personality but he is extremely strict. I don’t call him Paapa for no reason. I deliberately gave him that name. He is our father.”
