Amara, the ex-lover of Uyaiedu, sister of Nollywood actress, Nse Ikpe-Etim has addressed allegations of domestic violence against her after Uyaiedu claimed she endured an abusive relationship with the Queer rights activist.

According to Uyaiedu, Amara became violent and slapped her on one occasion. Reacting to this, Amara who is a popular lesbian, conceded that they both were victims of domestic violence.

However, she did not stab Uyaiedu as its being alleged and apologized for her ill-actions and she made this known in a series of tweets.

“I’m sorry about how all of this is affecting the queer community that has loved and supported me since I got on this space. I’m really sorry. I’m so sorry,” she wrote.
