The post that she made reads;

“Remember!!
First rule to being a confident woman is to embrace your imperfections…
It is perfection that birth complexity and secrets.
You can’t be perfect. Perfection is a MYTH….

Make mistakes, own it, learn from it and move on.
Mistakes is what makes u powerful that is why people hate it when u own it ?, because u take the power from them.”

In an earlier post, Blessing shared what she feels her ex-husband will be thinking about her when he looks at her now.

She made this known in a recent post she made on her verified social media handle on the popular social media platform, Instagram.

The post was about depression and it reads;

“One reality about me is that I did not use to talk .
I am sure my ex hubby will look at me now and be so shocked .
I use to be so calm, yes so calm to the point that my ex hubby will say I act like zombie? yes I was that calm, not because I had nothing to say but because I was constantly shut out. Nkiruka shut up you have nothing to say, Nkiruka shut up you are a small gal . Nkiruka shut up you don’t have sense, Nkiruka shut up I am older than you . Gosh I began to believe him and felt so useless.
Depression swallowed me, I was so skinny people said it was my nature but that was a lie .
The day I left him and spoke out was the day my life changed .
Me okoro blessing Nkiruka face social media ?, me that could na face my class teacher? I was that shy. I hate to talk because I hate to be criticized. I look at myself today and can’t believe I conquered all .
How did I do it ??
By expressing myself, speaking my truth, sharing my voice , making mistakes and learning from them .
The biggest problem we have is perfection that we might never even attain .
I understood that voice is POWER that is why everybody wants to shut u up .
Talk talk talk .
Depression is just lack of expression.”
