Hermes goes home with N500k as he wins best dressed at Beauty’s birthday

Big Brother Naija Level Up star, Hermes Iyele has won the award for the best-dressed male at his colleague, Beauty Tukura’s 25th birthday party.

At the event which held on Friday night, October 21, Modella also won the award for the best-dressed female.

The reality TV stars were announced as the winners of the best-dressed category by Beauty.

While Modella dazzled in a black gown with peacock feathers, Hermes rocked a silver stoned black jacket and pants to match with a face mask.

Both of them were given a cheque of N500,000 each as the prize money for emerging winners.

Big Brother Naija host Ebuka Obi Uchendu was in attendance while other BBNaija stars who stormed the event include winner of BBNaija 2019; Mercy Eke, Pere Egbi, Angel, Bryann, Chizzy, Prince, Liquorose, Ozo and a host of others.

Meanwhile, CorrectNG reported earlier that Hermes cried out over the soaring cost of items in Nigeria.

He said that he has not been able to find an affordable thing to buy as the price of everything in the market has skyrocketed.

The dancer said that since he left the BBNaija house, he’s been struggling with sapa and what makes it more challenging is when sellers give him an expensive amount because he’s now a reality star.

Hermes admitted that life as a celebrity is hard as he’s been planning for his homecoming but he can no longer go to regular markets because bloggers would make an issue out f it.

He also said that even when he tries to order online it is nearly impossible to find affordable things which he needs for the set up.

The model expressed frustration and asked his fanbase, Coolest Tribe for suggestions on how to navigate through the challenge.

Sharing a video of his lamentations on IG, the BBNaija star wrote, ”Omo, Sapa dey everywhere o. Things are just unnecessarily expensive. How are you guys coping?”
