Uche Nwosu, a former Imo State governorship candidate and the son-in-law of former Imo State governor Rochas Okorocha, was detained on Sunday, December 26.

Nwosu was apprehended at St Peter’s Anglican Church in Eziama Obaire, Nkwerre Local Government Area, during a service.

He is shown in handcuffs and stripped of his shirt in images that have been circulated on the internet. See the entire gallery of photographs below…

The photos of Nwosu which showed that he has been stripped off his clothes and handcuffed has evoked several mixed reactions from netizens who suggested that he should have been arrested after his church service or better still invited to the police station.
