Ghana’s Ambassador To Italy Confirmed Dead, Died As A Result Of Cardiac Arrest

In a piece of sad news, Ghana’s Ambassador to Italy with concurrent accreditation to Slovenia, Serbia, Montenegro, and FAO, Eudora Hilda Quartey Koranteng is dead.

Reports of her death were shared by the Dailymailgh and per the report, she died of cardiac arrest on Wednesday 20 October.

She was appointed by the President, Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo into office in June 2019 and some days ago, she even hosted President Nana Akufo-Addo in Serbia when the President attended the 60th anniversary of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM).

One thing she would be remembered for was improving the efficiency of her office through the introduction of an effective online and passport printing system.

In other news, a 45-year-old private security man has been murdered by suspected armed robbers at Ahenema Kokoben in the Atwima Kwanwoma District of the Ashanti Region.

He was reportedly killed by these robbers in an alleged armed robbery operation at the company he was a guard which is A2 Aluminium Company Limited.

The deceased is identified as Mr Annorh suffered this sad fate on Tuesday, October 20, 2021, as he went about doing his normal duties.

The report according to StarrFM Online indicated that these armed robbers made away with a whopping sum of GHC 98,000.
