Fireboy DML’s Song Leads Apple Music Chart In East Africa

Nigerian star and Afrobeats singing sensation, Adedamola Adefolahan, better known by his stage name Fireboy DML is having a good run with his output, ‘Bandana‘.

The 2022 BET Award winner and YBNL Nation prodigy on Friday, July 15, 2022, served his listeners and the music community with a beautiful single dubbed “Bandana’ with his label mate, Ahmed Ololade, professionally called Asake.

‘Bandana’ is the second track off his latest studio album, ‘Playboy’ which was released on Friday, 5th August, 2022. Following the successful release of ‘Playboy’ album, ‘Bandana’ featuring Asake has made significant move on music charts in East Africa.

‘Bandana’ currently holds the number one position on Apple Music Top 100 Songs Uganda Chart. This is huge for Fireboy DML who’s currently doing impressive numbers with the beautifully crafted single.

‘Playboy’ happens to be Fireboy DML’s third album, it follows his ‘Laughter, Tears & Goosebumps‘ in 2019 and ‘Apollo’ in 2020 which is doing impressive numbers on streaming platforms. Congratulations to the young champ.
