Rapper YCee has urged Nigerians to make their Permanent Voters Card (PVC) ready as the 2023 General election draws near.

According to YCee, he is tired of seeing the ‘old heads’ rule the country and yet no substantial development is noticed in the country. He asserted the strongest form of protest is by exercising the right as a voter.

He wrote on the microblogging platform:

PLEASE LETS ALL BE SURE TO GET OUR PVCs AS SOON AS WE CAN!

Enough of these old heads running this country into the ground

Nigeria will have to decide its next president in 2023, just a year away. Buhari’s tenure of office will expire in 2023 after he became a President in 2015.

In other news, Obi Iyiegbu, popularly known as Obi Cubana, a socialite and the Chairman of the Cubana group of firms, was questioned by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency on Thursday, January 13 for an alleged relation to the illegal narcotics business.

On Thursday, Obi Cubana posted a video of his first club, which he established in Abuja in 2006, with the message “showcasing what we do for a living,” just hours before it was reported that he was interrogated by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) over alleged drug ties.
