Students of Lagos State University, LASU, have expressed interest to participate in Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu Peace’s Walk program.
When Governor Sanwo-Olu visited their school today to commission the newly built students arcade at the Lagos State University in Ojo, the students pledged their support.
The LASU Arcade is the largest student union building in any Nigerian university.

Comrade Oladipupo Uthman Badmus, President of the Student Union Government, and Rt. Hon. Mustapha Adejuwon, Speaker of the Students Union Representatives, who accompanied hundreds of students in welcoming the Governor, praised him as a Youth-Centric Governor.
They praised the Governor for making significant progress in Lagos State, particularly in the education sector.
The head of the student union, on the other hand, said that all students at the state-owned tertiary school have resolved to walk with the Governor for the sake of the state’s peace and prosperity.
Governor Sanwo-Olu presented two large buses, as well as other gadgets and equipment, to the Students Union.
