Don Jazzy ‘Fights’ Popular Record Label In Nigerian And US To Sign Salle, The Viral 17-Yr-Old Street Hawker

Don Jazzy has to battle other record labels both in Nigeria and the States to ward off their interest in signing super talented 17 year old Nigerian street hawker who has assumed centre stage on the internet thanks to her angelic voice.

Salle gained global recognition few weeks ago after some people recorded her singing an original song she wrote. Her voice was enchanting and many who watched the video wondered why she was not a music star yet.

Things have worked quickly in her favour as America-based Barbadian superstar Rihanna and other record label in the States have reached out to her.

Meanwhile Nigerian music record label, Chocolate City, has expressed interest in signing the 17-years-old girl but Don Jazzy of Mavins records has offered to make her a superstar like Rema and Ayra Starr.

Don Jazzy who saw the tweet quickly went under to reply, “Oshee uncle choc, Abeg leave her for me. She will rock same stage with Rema and Ayra Starr.”

Salle’s unadulterated voice after she jumped on a random beat and delivered a beautiful rendition after some people discovered her talent and decided to shed light on her has made her an internet sensaton.

The young lady has further gotten endorsement from industry greats such as Don Jazzy, Tunde Ednut, and others in a previous development, American superstar Rihanna also noticed her talent and gave her a call on Thursday.

She revealed via a tweet on the page that Rihanna called her.

”I got a call from Rihanna,” she wrote.
