Don Jazzy has to battle other record labels both in Nigeria and the States to ward off their interest in super talented 17 year old Nigerian street hawker who has assumed centre stage on the internet thanks to her aneglic voice.
Salle gained global recognition few weeks ago after some people recorded her singing an original song she wrote. Her voice was enchanting and many who watched the video wondered why she was not a music star yet.
Things have worked quickly in her favour as America-based Barbadian superstar Rihanna and other record label in the States have reached out to her.
Meanwhile Nigerian music record label, Chocolate City, has expressed interest in signing the 17-years-old girl but Don Jazzy of Mavins records has offered to make her a superstar like Rema and Ayra Starr.
“So much how music can change the world. Salle come on board let’s sign on the dotted lines and change the world together”– Chocolate City music said on Twitter
Don Jazzy who saw the tweet quickly went under to reply, “Oshee uncle choc, Abeg leave her for me. She will rock same stage with Rema and Ayra Starr.”
