Coronavirus Invades GIJ As Several Students Test Positive

Some of the students who are currently under treatment have expressed disappointment in the school for failing to put measures in place to protect them beforehand and in the wake of the situation as school activities are still in progress.

The disease apparently spread very fast amongst the students unknowingly after a recent health walk organised by the SRC executives of the school a few days ago.

In an exclusive WhatsApp chat intercepted by www.Ghgossip.com, one of the students who has tested positive for the virus is seen warning other students to stay put and take precautionary measures before things escalate.

The school is set to resume the face-to-face interaction in August but some students have expressed fear and wondering why the school management have done little to issue an official statement on the foregoing.

Currently, the students are preparing for their mid-semester exams which would be face to face.

It remains unclear whether the school would go by the timetable for the semester and resume after three weeks of migrating online for teaching and learning.
