Rev. Lawrence Tetteh added that there are a lot of security problems that need attention, especially during 31st Night. Rev Lawrence said most at times Ghanaians experience theft in their homes while at church, while some get robbed either on their way back home or going to church for 31st Night.

“I feel very sad that the police will have the guts to instruct the church. When on the 31st, the police should be telling us how burglaries happen, how armed robbers infiltrate into our church, how while we are spending the 31st, people will be stealing in our houses. How people will take advantage to rob us on the road during that night. There are so many security implications that police should have looked at when it comes to that night”. Rev Dr. Lawrence Tetteh said.

While speaking, the man of God also acknowledged how important prophecies are to the church and the body of Christ. He also accepted that some men of God have misused that gift from God.

“Prophecies are one of the greatest gifts in the bible. It admonishes, it rebukes and it encourages. As a matter of fact, a church without prophecy is dead. But of course, I’m first to admit that a few of our folks abuse it and prophecy became a show-off. I must accept that we the men of God have brought this on ourselves.”. He added.
