Published

on

Per the laws of Ghana, anyone who goes missing for seven years will be declared dead.

This is the reason why we can boldly say that Ghanaian musician, Theophilus Tagoe who is known as Castro is dead.

It could be recalled the award-winning musician together with a female friend, Janet went missing after going on jet skiing at the Ada Estuary in 2014.

Since that time, there have been rumours that he is not dead with many Ghanaians expecting his return, however, it seems he is not coming back as expected.

The Evidence Act of 1975, Section 33 is the basis on which he will be declared dead unless he miraculously appears from his ‘hideout’.

Read what Ghanaians are saying about him;
