A Twitter user @_ahmaaad_ had taken to the microblogging site and asked how both artistes thought of doing a song together.

He wrote; “How did Buju and Timaya think of doing a collabo. It’s mad sha.”

In response, Buju revealed that Yung Willis, the producer of their song reached out to him saying Timaya wanted to see him.

According to the former signee of Burna Boy’s label, when he went over to Timaya’s lounge, the Dem Mama crooner opened up about Buju being his best singer because he reminded him of the late US musician, Juice Wrld.

He then revealed that he was invited to Timaya’s house where he was served pepper soup and started singing.

Buju wrote; “Willis called and said Timaya wanted to see me, I went to see him at a lounge he was at and he said I’m his favorite artiste atm since I remind him of juice world lol.

We went to his house afterward, he give me some bomb ass pepper soup and I just started singing.”
