BBNaija winner, Phyna receives N50m cash prize, car (Videos)

Winner of Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) 2022, Josephina ‘Phyna’ Otabor, has received her N50 million cheque.

She was presented with the cheque and a car on Tuesday, October 4, as part of the grand prize for winning the reality TV show.

As winner, Phyna gets to go home with N50 million cash prize, a supply of Pepsi, a bitcoin from Quidax, soap goods from Unik, electronics from Nexus, dairy products from Dano, packs of MunchIT, and cartons of Waw detergent.

Other prizes she is entitled to include a Tecno Camon 19, Innoson G5T from Innoson vehicles, and an all-expense paid trip for two to Dubai from Travelbeta.

Before accepting the cheque, there was media interaction and Phyna was interviewed about her time on the show which lasted 72 days.

Videos from the cash prize presentation are currently making the rounds on social media platforms.

This year’s is the highest in the show’s history since its debut in 2006.

Last year’s winner, White Money received a cash prize of N30 million and a brand new sports utility vehicle (SUV).

After winning the sixth edition of BBNaija, the 29-year-old businessman went home with N90 million grand prize.

During the prize presentation after the finale held, he also received keys to a two-bedroom flat in Lekki, Lagos state.

Organisers had earlier said the sum of N30 million will be the cash prize while N60 million will cover travel and other gifts.
