Anybody saying they bought Range Rover through skit-making is lying – Speed Darlington

Nigerian rapper and internet sensation, Speed Darlington has called out skit makers who buy expensive vehicles like Range Rover and Benz.

He accused them of lying about making so much money from skit-making that they can afford to buy multi-million naira whips.

Speed Darlington made the accusation in a video posted online as he said that skit-makers are doing something to get the money.

He said that the are using their popularity on the internet to secure secret ilegitimate deals and it is not the skit that makes them rich.

This comes days after skit-maker, Southpaw King took to social media to announce that he has bought himself a Lexus SUV.

It may be recalled that South Paw King jubilated over being able to purchase a brand new car after doing just three skits as an up and coming content creator.

Southpaw made this known in a post on his Instagram page as he shared photos and video of him with the new whip.

The Instagram comedian gave thanks to the Lord and offered to do N100k giveaway for his followers while in a celebratory mood.

In the video he posted, the skit-maker could be seen rejoicing with his friends and hugging the car.

He wrote; ”3 skits later and a new ride??”

In other news, Speed Darlington, recently said that being rich in America is not as satisfying as having riches while living in Africa.

He made the comparison while dry cleaning his clothes at a laundromat as he noted that if he were in Nigeria, someone would do it for him instead of using a washing machine himself.

According to Speed Darlington, with a few thousand naira, there are people willing to render different types of services back home.

In a video he posted on social media, Speedy said that for N17k someone would have showed up and his house to take his dirty clothes, dry clean, iron and repackage them and have everything delivered to him.

The artiste had returned to Nigeria in December and spent some months in the country after getting his own aparment in Lagos.

Meanwhile, before he left, Speedy had lamented over being unable to find a wife in the nation’ commercial capital.

He said there is an absence of women he can call wife material on Lagos Island, adding that to get a wife he would have to look for one in Calabar or a state in the south east.

However, he stated that another challenge is that it is difficult to find suitable wife material in the village if one does not reside there.

Darlington further said that he understands that for him to find and marry a girl from the village he would have to relocate.
