The prophet’s gesture elicited tears of delight to the actor and his wife in what appeared to be an emotional and dramatic moment for the actor, who has been restricted in his home town in Anambra state after his doctor insisted that he must be amputated to survive.

Michael Duru said in a video released on the Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin Foundation’s social media page that life has been difficult since his leg was severed, and that he couldn’t afford a prosthetic limb, which he calculated would cost around N600,000.

The man of God was drawn to a video Duru had earlier posted on social media, lamenting his situation and pleading for help from Nigerians.

Following that, the millionaire prophet dispatched a group to Duru’s residence in Anambra to present the veteran with a monetary gift of N5 million.

The actors were in tears at the time, prompting a gathering of villagers and well-wishers who were overjoyed at the event.

The prophet’s activity toward the actor is one of the cleric’s frequent actions.
The Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin Foundation lavished almost N85 million and food on thousands of households throughout the festive season.

Only a month ago, Fufeyin gave over N40 million to the wives of Nigerian military members who died in the line of duty.

He had also given N8 million to thespian Clem Ohameze to help with medical expenditures.

Last but not least, the Priest is alleged to have issued almost N800 billion as a palliative in support of the Federal Government and the people in order to mitigate the impact of the Covid-19 outbreak.

This is humanity at its best, and it deserves praise.
